Flora Gabtony has been an active consummate professional for a close count of a decade. She has shown remarkable knowledge through her gleaming resume as a professional in behavioural change, ethical decision making, professional ethics, leadership and mental health. She has upheld the praiseworthy moniker, MadamEthics through her engagements with organizations in the assistive behavioural training of management and staff at various private and government agencies in Nigeria and beyond. As a psychologist and ethics facilitator, she has employed transformational teaching and therapeutic approach to sustained public and private consultations in perceived complex individual issues. She is also a consultant counsellor on human affective issues and its likely consequences to individuals in the society and workforce.

A first-class graduate of in Psychology from the University of Lagos with Master of Science in Organizational and Occupational psychology from University of East London, Flora has acquired various local and international training and certifications on Leadership, Project Management, Behavioural Analysis and DISC Personality Profiling, Marriage Theology and Lived-In Experience, Counselling and Education. Flora has facilitated sessions on ethics, behavioural/mental health, Psychology of Crime and related topics for public and corporate institutions including the Lagos state Cooperatives, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Internal Audit, Rotary International, House of Tara International etc. Flora’s dedication and commitment have earned her several recognitions including the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Champion of the Year (2018/2019) Award.

GEORGE ABARA, M.Sc. Industrial Sociology (Ibadan), AMNIM, ANIPR, MNIRA, CIPMN, MNITAD, has about 33 years of progressively responsible work experience in Human Resource Management, Manpower Resourcing, HR Consulting, Training, Research, Banking, and Broadcast Media, Sales & Marketing experience across multi-ethnic, multi-cultural work environments.

George has led various projects/assignments in HR Strategy, Recruitment, Job Analysis, Manpower Audit and Implementation, Succession Planning, Manpower Development & Training, Compensation Management, Leadership, Change Management, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and Pre-Retirement training for various organizations.

He was at one time on the Training Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Training & Development, Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Member, Nigerian Institute of Management of Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Industial Relations Association. George is involved in Training and Capacity Building for corporate organizations.

Revd. Olukayode Olugboyega Oyebode (FCIPM, HRPL, FITD), Alumni of the University of Lagos. King’s College and the Polytechnic Ibadan; is a thoroughbred Management and HR Professional, Trainer and Consultant with over 37years rounded experience across conglomerate and Industries including the Public Service as a Director. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and was a one-time Chairman Membership Committee as well as member of Council for years and Member Board of Fellows Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Fellow of the Nigeria Institute for Training and Development (FITD).

Ada has over 15 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development and Corporate Finance. She is an Alumni of Lagos Business School and a graduate of Biochemistry (Uniben). Prior to joining Jobrole Consulting Limited, she was a Financial Advisor with Zenith Bank Plc for over 12 years where she handled financial advisory and relationship management for corporate clients.

Ada has led various teams in project management, business development and strategy implementation. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Jobrole Consulting.

Nigel is a highly experienced facilitator and a Global Master Practitioner in Dr. Edward de Bono's Thinking Methods. Nigel is a former military fast jet pilot and is a teaching graduate with a background in business management where he became experienced in the use of psychometric assessment in the recruitment and development of effective personnel. He is a regular conference speaker and has presented workshops to a wide variety of audiences. He has delivered major programmes for corporate clients including BT, Allianz, PWC, Bayer and HSBC helping them to hold more effective meetings and release creativity in their teams and organisations.

Chigbo Okeke MBA, ACIPM,CMIRM is a result driven Business Consultant with over 18 years experience spanning across industries such as Oil and Gas, Security Risk Management, FMCG, HR Consulting, et al.

He has led various teams in HR Consulting, Personnel Outsourcing, Employee Risk Management, Strategy and Business Development.
