It includes everything from your <strong>LinkedIn profile<\/strong> and tweets, to the photos you&#8217;re tagged in on Facebook, the comments you leave under posts, the blogs you&#8217;ve written, and even how active (or inactive) you are on professional platforms. Recruiters and hiring managers are no longer relying solely on what you tell them in an interview.
