He later became a key executive at <strong>Regus Plc<\/strong>, where he led the property and logistics team during its global expansion launching over <strong>190 business centers worldwide<\/strong>. What Paul mastered wasn\u2019t just property development; it was <strong>strategic expansion<\/strong>, <strong>smart infrastructure<\/strong>, and <strong>people-focused workspaces<\/strong>. These learnings would soon find their full expression in a dream that would change the business landscape of West Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Landmark Group: A Destination, Not Just a Brand<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded under his leadership, the <strong>Landmark Group<\/strong> is today the force behind <strong>Landmark Lagos<\/strong>, West Africa\u2019s most visited business and leisure destination.
